If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The product must be in the original unopened packaging. Your package needs to include the receipt or proof of purchase. There will be a restocking fee of 10% applied to any order that returns items that include electronics to compensate for labour.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will refund your payment. This can take a few days depending on payment providers. Some payment methods charge a payment fee, this fee is non-refundable.

You are initially responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund!
Our products are covered by manufacturer’s warranty that covers defects in workmanship and material. This does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, negligence, accident, or riding in water. For warranty length see each product. Batteries within vehicles have a warranty length of 6 months. Spare parts and vehicles from Boosted Boards do not fall under our regular warranty due to the liquidation of the brand.
You can cancel your order until we created a shipping label. If you cancel the order we charge a restocking fee due to the handling and labour involved. Payments done through Creditcard pay a 3% cancellation fee, all other payment methods do not pay any cancellation fees. Cancelling a pre-order has a 5% cancellation fee because we had to put a lot of work to get the deal setup and you are now ghosting us.
Damages during shipping
We always use the premium shipping agent to the country that you are sending your order to. It can happen that your package gets damaged during transit. If you package arrives with damage to the box do not open it but send us a photo of damage and your order number. Opening the package voids the return policy.
